These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ss55 website, located at https://ss55.cam ("the Platform"), operated by ss55 ("we", "us", "our"). ss55 is an English-language online betting and casino information platform serving Pakistani users.

Where these Terms are made available in multiple languages for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or conflict.

To register for and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or licence jurisdiction applicable to your account.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino activity is not prohibited by Applicable Law.
• You must not have been previously suspended or excluded from the Platform or any related service operated by ss55.

Each User may maintain only one registered Account. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances.

ss55 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such a decision. We may also require Users to complete enhanced due diligence procedures, including submission of government-issued identity documents and proof of address, before activating an Account or processing a withdrawal.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. ss55 accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

The Platform and its Content are provided for informational and entertainment purposes. All odds, figures and bonus examples published on the Platform are illustrative in nature and do not constitute a guarantee of outcome, return or financial gain.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not use the Platform in any way that:

The Platform is accessed via standard web browsers and mobile devices. ss55 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform and accepts no liability for any loss suffered as a result of downtime, technical errors or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.

All deposit and withdrawal transactions are processed in accordance with the payment methods and processing times specified in the Platform's banking section. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are subject to change without prior notice.

For context and convenience, the Platform makes reference to familiar Pakistani payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These references are provided purely as local context for Pakistani users. ss55 does not represent, warrant or imply that any of these payment providers endorse, support or affiliate with gambling activity on this Platform.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit, or following completion of an enhanced verification procedure. ss55 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including proof of payment method ownership — before approving any withdrawal request.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Modify, create derivative works from, decompile or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform;

Any use of the ss55 name, logo or branding in a manner that implies endorsement, partnership or affiliation without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. ss55 makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or reliability of any Content published on the Platform, including odds information, bonus details and payment guides.

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, ss55 excludes all liability for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any financial loss resulting from reliance on odds, bonus figures or other information published on the Platform;
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain secure credentials;

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ss55 is incorporated and/or licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

For the avoidance of doubt, ss55 does not operate under Pakistani law and does not hold any licence issued by a Pakistani regulatory authority. Pakistani users access the Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with Applicable Law in their jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
